Your Instagram inbox, answered before you wake up.
Send the link, answer the question, capture the lead, start the sale — automatically — and stop treating your DMs like a second job.
💜 Built for people who live in their DMs
One reel now fills the inbox overnight and the flow does the rest.
Comment-to-DM is the whole funnel for us now. Two posts paid for the year.
I stopped losing the people who message at 2am, which turned out to be most of them.
The part I did not expect to care about: it tells my team when they may not send.
The official Instagram API. Your account stays yours.
The tools that got people restricted logged into accounts with a password and clicked around like a robot. Convoly does the opposite of that, on purpose, at every layer.
Official Instagram API, nothing else
Convoly runs on Meta’s own Instagram API with Instagram Login — the same interface Meta built for business messaging. No browser bots driving your account, no unofficial endpoints, no scraping.
We never see your password
You connect through Instagram’s own authorisation screen and grant three permissions. We get a token, never a password, and you can revoke it from Instagram in two taps.
We can only do what you granted
Read your profile, handle your messages, handle your comments. That is the entire list. Convoly cannot post, cannot follow, cannot change a thing about your account.
The rules are enforced in code
Cold DMs are not throttled here, they are impossible — a send to someone who never messaged you is refused before it reaches Instagram. We pace well under Meta’s published limits by default.
Grey-market automation
- Asks for your Instagram username and password
- Drives the app with a browser bot or a private API
- Mass follows, mass unfollows, bulk cold DMs to scraped lists
- Sends as fast as it can until Instagram stops it
Meta’s official API
- Authorised through Instagram, revocable any time
- Every call goes to Meta’s documented endpoints
- Replies only to people who messaged you first
- Paced under Meta’s published limits, on every account
Put the repetitive half of Instagram on autopilot.
Turn comments into conversations
“How much is this?” gets an answer the second it lands — in a private DM, not buried in a comment thread.
Catch every lead
Collect emails and phone numbers inside the chat, tagged and stored against the contact.
Grow reach while you sleep
More replies means more conversation, and Instagram notices conversation.
Take your evenings back
Automate the part that repeats. Keep the part that needs you.
Turn comments into conversations that sell
A comment alone does not let you message anyone. One private reply to that comment does — exactly once. Convoly spends that opening properly, then keeps talking in the thread.
Get startedEvery question answered in seconds, at 3am included
Match on a keyword or on any message at all. The reply is out before they close the app, and only ever one reply per person per trigger.
Get startedYour team steps in exactly when it matters
A shared inbox that knows whether you are allowed to send right now. Past 24 hours the composer locks itself instead of letting you write something Instagram will reject.
Get startedStop working overtime. Start replying in real time.
Instagram the hard way
- Typing the same answer for the hundredth time this week
- Losing people because the reply came nine hours late
- Comments piling up while you are doing everything else
- Guessing whether you are even allowed to message someone back
Instagram that runs itself
- Every question answered in seconds, whatever the hour
- Leads captured, tagged and stored against the contact
- Comments become DM conversations automatically
- The window checked on every send, so nothing gets rejected
Start growing on Instagram today
Most people have their first automation live in a few minutes. Nothing sends until you switch the flow from draft to live.
Get startedNew to automation? It is genuinely not hard.
No inbox chaos, no manual replies, no code. Connect the account, draw the flow, set it live.
Frequently asked questions
Will automating my DMs get my account restricted?
Convoly runs entirely on Meta’s official Instagram API — the interface Meta built and reviewed for exactly this. There is no password, no browser bot and no unofficial endpoint anywhere in it, so the behaviour Instagram actually penalises is not something Convoly can do. Every send is checked against Meta’s rules before it leaves, and refused if it would break them.
Do you need my Instagram password?
Never. You authorise Convoly on Instagram’s own screen and we receive a token — not credentials. You can see Convoly listed under Settings, and remove it, whenever you like. Revoking takes effect immediately.
What can Convoly actually do to my account?
Three things, because that is all you grant: read your basic profile, handle your messages, handle your comments. It cannot post, cannot follow or unfollow, cannot change your bio and cannot see your password. Those permissions are shown to you before you approve them.
Can I message anyone I want?
No, and nothing can. A conversation exists only after someone messages you first, or after you send a single private reply to a comment they left. There is no cold outreach on Instagram.
What exactly is the 24-hour window?
From someone's last message to you, you have 24 hours to reply freely. After that, only a message a person actually typed may go out, tagged HUMAN_AGENT, for up to seven days. After seven days nothing sends until they write to you again.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The builder is a canvas — drag in a step, connect it, fill in the message. Nine step types cover sending, tagging, branching, waiting, splitting traffic and handing off to AI.
What stops the same person getting the same DM twice?
Meta retries webhooks aggressively. Every event carries a stable key and every queued job an idempotency key, so a retry does nothing at all.
